The apartment was clean and tidy. The large towels were so nice. The beds were comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The parking was secure and easy. It's located right across from the mall and a park on the other side. It was warm and cozy.

Overall these are nice apartments that are very functional. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the lock on our door and she was very responsive helping us with the issue. She was also very helpful in letting us know how to access the parking garage.

The beds in the room were very comfortable, the location and view from the 14th floor were both central, with a sprawling view of Manukau and the surroundings. I would recommend Proximity apartments to friends and whanau to stay. I will stay there again too, as the facility was extremely clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Apartments were a good price. They were tidy and in great condition. Right across from the mall and all amenities within 100m. What was a real highlight were communications leading up and during the stay. All my emails were promptly replied. I had forgotten to book earlier check in times and or bag drop off and emailing early hours of the morning, before my flight I emailed and was replied to within minutes. Staff were friendly and professional. Very helpful. Something that is so important for stressed travellers.

Location, proximity to the subway/train station, proximity to the nearby walkable floor, a shopping mall, a "Dollar store" type store, a breakfast restaurant, and a yummy gluten-free pizza joint (Hells Pizza), and walkable to the northernmost pickup for the bus to Hobbiton (a must see if you ask me). The streets in the area were almost always deserted, which may be "normal", but was unusual for us. However, the surroundings seemed safe. The kitchen again was super small, but had a toaster, stove, refrigerator, and a dishwasher 'drawer'. Again, everything we needed.

Close to all amenities and, the majority of the time, had a nice smell throughout the apartment complex. Comfy pillows and bedding were nice and clean. The non-stick frying pan and a good-sized fridge. The cleaning staff were very polite and accommodating to our needs.

This was a good room for a couple or 2 friends. A little on the small side, but good for the money. Very close to the Westfield mall and other shopping centres. Very clean!! Minus out in the conservatory. We got a place on the highest floor and the view was awesome!! We could watch planes coming into land- this wasn't noisy like we thought it would be.

Comfortable room with decent amenities. The washer and dryer were particularly useful for me. The location is very close to a bus station, which is served by intercity coaches, local bus routes and the airport shuttle. The range of complimentary toiletries, teas and cleaning products was great.

The accommodation was a 2 bedroom very comfortable and clean apartment.. Although the lounge was slightly small it did not feel crowded as there was an additional room with table and chairs and 2 x balconies. The beds were comfortable. Bonus of a washing machine and dryer. There was a kitchenette with all the necessities. The bathroom was nice and large. It was conveniently located next to a shopping centre but still lovely and quiet. There was secure on-site parking. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was a quick drive to the airport. A great find and we highly recommend.

Staff was awesome. The room had beautiful views from every balcony. It was comfortable and private. Overall, it was definitely worth the money, the staff went beyond our expectations. We will book with them most definitely 😁
